This is a very easy, healthy and quick recipe to prepare. Tasty, as well, obviously!

It is ideal for those days when you get home tired after a long day at work or you just feel lazy, but still, want to enjoy a homemade meal. It works very well also to satisfy last minutes guests!

Instructions

  1. Cover a baking tray with baking paper, and place the salmon fillets (skin-side down) in the middle. Add all the ingredients (soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and sesame seeds) and quickly rub them on the salmon meat. Place the slices of lemon on top of the salmon.
  2. Fold the edges of the baking paper over the salmon to seal into a packet. Place the baking tray into a pre-heated oven at 170°C (fan). Bake for 20 to 22 minutes. Once the salmon is ready, place it on a warm plate and pour the juices released during baking time. Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley, and serve it with your favourite veggies (boiled broccoli in my case!).
