Today I share with you a very simple recipe that takes only 15 minutes to prepare! The sun has been shining for almost an entire week – at least here in the UK – so brighten up your lunch or dinner with this Summer-style dish!
I also include the video recipe. It’s been a while since my last video recipe and truth to be told my professional camera was stolen a few months ago… So I shot the video with my mobile phone. The quality is not excellent but surely acceptable 🙂

You can prepare the sauce while you cook your pasta in salted boiling water (normally, pasta cooks in 9-11 minutes - follow the instructions on the package). Before doing so, prepare the ingredients for the recipes (cut the tomatoes, etc...) so that you can easily follow the next steps.
-
Heat the olive oil in a large pan, add the garlic (cut in half) and chilli (finely chopped). Let them sizzle for a few seconds.
-
Add the tomatoes, cut in halves and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add the tuna and combine well. Add the parsley (finelly chopped) and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes, until the tomatoes get softened.
-
Once ready, add the cooked pasta into the sauce and stir well. Serve hot with a bit of olive oil on top.
