Today I share with you a very simple recipe that takes only 15 minutes to prepare! The sun has been shining for almost an entire week – at least here in the UK – so brighten up your lunch or dinner with this Summer-style dish!

I also include the video recipe. It’s been a while since my last video recipe and truth to be told my professional camera was stolen a few months ago… So I shot the video with my mobile phone. The quality is not excellent but surely acceptable 🙂

  1. You can prepare the sauce while you cook your pasta in salted boiling water (normally, pasta cooks in 9-11 minutes - follow the instructions on the package). Before doing so, prepare the ingredients for the recipes (cut the tomatoes, etc...) so that you can easily follow the next steps.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan, add the garlic (cut in half) and chilli (finely chopped). Let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. Add the tomatoes, cut in halves and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add the tuna and combine well. Add the parsley (finelly chopped) and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes, until the tomatoes get softened.
  4. Once ready, add the cooked pasta into the sauce and stir well. Serve hot with a bit of olive oil on top.
